All cancellations of reservations must be done 24 prior to arrival date, if you fail to do this, there will be a charge of one night for each room reserved.
Guranteed Reservations are the only ones guranteed. Must confirm reservations 72 hours prior to arrival, failure to do this may result in loosing the room
During special events, games and state fair cancellation policy is 7 days prior to arrival date.
Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
If you make your reservations thru a travel website, then cancellations must occur thru their websites
If staying by the week and getting charged weekly rate, if you decide to check out early, you will be charged a normal daily rate. The weekly rate will not be pro rated.
